    Fanless edge computers are made 5G ready by integrating Premio’s EDGEBoost I/O 5G module featuring dual M.2 B-Keys. Trusted 5G modem modules from Telit Cinterion and SIMCom are validated to provide maximum worldwide coverage in our edge computers.
    The fanless design is a passive cooling method that is engineered into the overall system for thermal regulation of critical components. Multi-core processing, memory DIMMs, and storage media dissipate heat through heatsink technology and mechanical ruggedization. These purpose-built computers undergo extreme ruggedization to ensure ultimate reliability in the harshest remote and mobile environments.
    Edge computing designs that use x86 architecture offer a variety of connectivity options through standard expansion capabilities on board. 5G technology is made possible in fanless edge computers by adding dedicated modem cards that connect to global telecommunication carriers. 5G technology enhances edge computing with new benefits that streamline low-latency data telemetry.
