Our computing designs take into account a balance of both performance and power-efficiency for the most mission-critical IoT deployments. Specific processors in 35W or 65W options help system integrators scale with confidence and long-term reliability.

AI Inference Analysis: Powerful GPU-Enabled Performance

GPUs (Graphics Processing Units) are integral components in hardware acceleration, used to accelerate image and video processing tasks. Their parallel processing architecture offers significant advantages in heavy workload applications. The KCO Series supports professional industrial GPUs with a max length of 6.6" in the KCO-2000, while the KCO-3000 supports dual GPUs up to a max length of 8.5”.

Rackmountable Industrial-Grade Chassis & Dust Filter

The KCO Series utilizes a standardized rackmount design with multiple mounting points for a versatile rackmount installation in industrial spaces. Enclosed with an industrial-grade hardened chassis, the KCO protects its vital internal components and enhances rugged reliability. A user-friendly external dust filter is included in the KCO’s ventilation to minimize the amount of dust entering the system and be quickly replaced/cleaned.

Expansive Storage

The KCO Series offers storage capacity with an accessible hot-swappable 2.5” SATA Drive Tray, blazing-fast on-board M.2 NVMe, and shock/vibration resistant internal SSD/HDD bays.

Hardware Security With TPM 2.0

TPM 2.0 is a hardware-based security platform that encrypts the computer’s assets and ensures a tamper-proof boot. This additional level of data security deters malicious attacks, such as unauthorized firmware and software modifications, and upgrades overall system security.

By design, the KCO series is not fanless. The KCO series contains cooling fans within the system that are controlled by BIOS and sensors to allow them to run at slow speeds and low noise. A user-friendly external dust filter allows for additional protection and easy maintenance for replacement or cleaning.
The KCO is a fanned industrial PC whereas our RCO series is a fanless, cable-less solution that uses an extruded aluminum finned chassis that acts as a heatsink. The KCO’s chassis is built with heavy duty metals that maintain practicality and ease of use, allowing for an industrial-grade enclosure that houses a standard micro-ATX motherboard. Both the KCO and RCO series offer reliability and embedded longevity with extended lifecycles.
