The KCO-2000-CFL industrial computer is a commercial off the shelf (COTS) computing solution that provides reliability and embedded longevity with its extended lifecycle support. The certification-ready KCO-2000-CFL industrial computer is deployable in applications that rely on computing solution in Kiosks, ATMs, Security and Surveillance, Metrology and Automation inspection, and mobile medical carts.

Compact Size and High Performance with Micro ATX Motherboard

The KCO Series is built around Premio’s CT-MCL01 Micro-ATX motherboard. This motherboard is 244mm x 244mm (W x D) and uses a LGA 1151 Socket that supports 8th/9th Gen Intel® Core™ Processor with the Q370 chipset. The KCO Series computers are designed to be compact enough to fit in space limiting IoT deployments. The KCO-2000-CFL Series uses a tool-less mounting option that can be quickly mounted in a variety of industrial spaces.

KCO-2000-CFL is equiped with numerous ports and I/O, 4x Serial, 2x LAN, 6x USB 3.1, and 7x USB 2.0 Ports. KCO-2000-CFL also includes multiple display interfaces digital DP, HDMI, DVI as well as VGA to maximize user's needs.

Storage - Hot-Swappable 2.5” SATA Drive Tray and m.2 NVMe On-Board

The KCO comes standard with a hot-swappable drive tray that offers support for solid-state drives (SSDs) and hard disk drives (HDDs). The KCO also features on-board NVMe storage in m.2 form factor that can support NVMe PCIe x 4 in 2242, 2260, 2280 dimensions.

Expansion - PCIe Gen3

The KCO-2000-CFL Series comes with a single PCIe Gen 3 x16 slot, allowing system integrators to add a low-profile add-in card to the system.

NVIDIA RTX A2000 12GB for Edge AI Workloads

The NVIDIA RTX A2000 12GB accelerates machine learning performance in a low-profile design that fits perfectly into the KCO-2000-CFL chassis. A dedicated GPU is necessary to streamline data-intensive applications from AI inference and enable real-time data analysis for edge workloads.

Hardware Security with TPM 2.0

KCO has TPM 2.0 to provide boot security and platform integrity at the hardware level. TPM functions by storing RSA encryption keys on a specific chip that cannot be accessed by software, protecting the system against unauthorized firmware and software modifications.

Industrial-Grade Chassis & Dust Filter

The chassis of the KCO-Series is built using heavy-duty metals while maintaining practicality and ease-of-use, forming an excellent housing for the sensitive internal components. The KCO Series comes equipped with an external dust filter that lowers the amount of dust that can make its way into the industrial computer. This can prevent sensitive internal components from dust and debris damage. A key design feature is the washable dust filter, making it easy to clean to keep dust out of the PC and keep air easily flowing throughout the system for embedded reliability.
