The customer had several requirements in finding the hardware solution that would meet all their system needs. Their system goal was that the solution could endure intense system washdowns for dairy production hygiene standards, as well as have a fully functional touchscreen. The customer required the system to be highly durable and reliable for frequent washdowns, exposure to water, cleaning agents, and dust without compromising any of their other requirements.
