Automated manufacturing quality control

Premio’s manufacturing quality assurance system is governed by ISO 9001, ISO 13485, and ISO 14001 standards. Premio’s quality control process begins at the early stages of every ODM/OEM project to assure a higher product quality in manufacturing that exceeds industry standards.

Premio’s quality control system can dynamically monitor WIP quality trends on each product SKU in manufacturing. Real‐time manufacturing quality data can be accessed through web‐based Virtual Factory Management portal, via Intranet as well as Internet.

Continual improvement efforts

Premio’s automated manufacturing quality control system provides a real‐time manufacturing quality assessment and generates meaningful guidance to our continual quality improvement efforts. Premio quality engineers strive to continuously refine our manufacturing and operational processes for better performance and they follow through from the root cause of every issue until its final conclusion.

Green policy and compliance

Since the enforcement of RoHS and WEEE in the EU in 2006, Premio takes eco‐friendly design into consideration during product design phases for every ODM project. By self‐enforcing our Green Policy throughout our AVL and supply chain, all products currently manufactured use environmentally‐friendly materials that meet RoHS, WEEE, and many other regulatory environmental requirements.

In addition to compliance with ISO 14001, Premio has also joined the Electronic Industry Citizenship Coalition (EICC), the world’s leading information and communications technology (ICT) alliance, as a supplier member. Our ultimate goal is to design and manufacture only recyclable green products that are environmentally‐friendly, with high energy efficiency.
