 The
Premio Reseller's Community web site is a relatively basic, simple-to-use
tool for configuring complete PC, notebook, and server systems,
receiving an up front quote, and ordering the quoted items. You can quickly
get a price and order the item. If you are currently an Authorized Premio
Reseller, you can sign-up online.
Once inside the community, you will find intuitive tools to configure a system
and process it all the way through to purchase. The site also offers several
other significant features, available only to Authorized Resellers.
Outstanding features include the "My Account" section which offers four
distinct functions for Authorized Premio Resellers:
Tracking
Orders With this tool, you can easily track an active order by
searching for purchase order numbers, invoice numbers, serial numbers,
or by time period. You will be notified as to the status of your order,
providing up-to-date information for time-sensitive orders.
Quick Buy ListDo you tend to order
the same system configuration on a regular basis? This feature allows you
to store multiple configurations, making ordering a one-click process without
spending time rebuilding the PC every time you visit.
Quotation HistoryIf you need to
find a requested quote, review it, or convert it to an order, this feature
will pull up a historical list of quotes based on date. With one click
and a PO number entry, your quote will be converted to an active order
and sent to our production line for assembly.
RMA TrackingJust enter your RMA
or invoice number and we'll quickly provide you with updated information
regarding your Premio RMA request. This will help you instantly find out
when your new or repaired item or items will be returned to you.
User
Administration With this tool, your company's administrator for
the Premio Reseller's Community can edit account info and add/edit/delete
additional users.
