Deployment Teams Overview

  • Business Development Manager (BDM):
    Your BDM is responsible for identifying new opportunities, building long lasting and trustworthy customer relationships and executive level awareness. The BDM is also responsible for communication current and future practices, products and technology trends.

  • Sales Account Manager (SAM):
    Your SAM is responsible for day to day sales transactions, quotations and general sales support and overall program management.

  • Launch Manager (LM):
    To ensure a smooth transition of both existing and new projects, your Launch Manager is responsible for entire on boarding process.

  • Product Development Engineer (PDE):
    When applicable, during the development stage, a Premio PDE, in collaboration with your engineering resources, is responsible for system design, documentation and validation of products according to your specific requirements. The PDE also ensures that the requirements, technical performance measures, and design dependent parameters are clearly defined for development.

  • Technical Operations Manager (TOM):
    Your Technical Operations Manager oversees the day-to-day engineering support for production quality, product life cycle management, engineering change orders, and NPI and program management.

  • Manufacturing Engineers (ME):
    Engineering support for production.

  • Sustaining Engineering (SE):
    ECO, PCN and sustaining production products.

  • Quality Engineers (QE):
    Oversee product quality and reporting.
